Don't want only 3-year-old-girl take more than one hour to go ESF(tsing yi)

I live at Ma On Shan. But all the relatives including my husband did not allow my daughter study at Tsing yi due to long travlling time. But I think ESF primary is good. What can I do

At the BK web, some comment the ICS at Fotan is also a excel school? ICS kindergarten is much closer to me. Would someone give some adivce for me.
