Esf TY K2 offer

I've just got telephone call that my son has got such offer ( we did interview last yr and was put on waiting list) . He is now studying in local kindergarten. I understood that it's not guaranteed he could hv priority on Esf primary school admission, so is it still worthy to take the offer Thanks!!
