Harrow Internaional HK

hi, does anyone can give some comments on Harrow International I heard some comments that it just a franchise from their school in UK ? and their school in Bangkok and Beijing is not as good as the UK one. It is no doubt Harrow UK is very good and famous, but as a new IS in HK, should I consider this school ? It is very expensive too.
