RC for primary school

Still thinking about RC for my oldest boy, only currently in K1.
He is shy, an introvert and takes ages to warm up but underneath he really is a very sweet and playful child.
I would really like to find a caring primary school for him.
Although RC is on my short list, I'm worried that it is such a huge school, many students and big campus, that he will be
