ESF Primary Schools Application

The application forms will be accepted on 1 Sept, 05. I have a few questions:

1) As they have changed to centralized application system, does it mean we do not need to hand in app form to individual school

2) Shall we hand in app form via mail or in person? If via mail, when should we send out the app form? Sept 1 or before this date?

Any experienced parents, when will we be informed should we have a chance for interview?
