TT am or Kingston pm

Please advise. My son is attending TT pm session (2 yr old class) now and I have reserved him a seat in TT am session (2 yr old class again) for 13/14 though Kingston has just offered him a place (2 yr old class but pm session). Which one should I go for if I target to get him a seat in either ESF or CdnIS? Thanks!
