ESF 08/09 Year 2

Dear Parent,

My girl was born in 2002. And I would like to apply year 2 for her in ESF Beacon hill campus. Do you think there will be a bigger chance for applying year 2 instead of 1

I called the school yesterday, and she told me that I can hand in the form anytime cause my target is to applying year 2 on 2008/09.

Any experience parent can share with me, when is the best time to hand in the form? Now? or in the mid of next year?

I would like to give some training to my girl before I hand in the form-just in case ESF call us for interview all in a sudden.
