Grade 4 promoted to grade 7!!!!!!!!

My kid is in P4 in a local dss. We plan to apply for esf for him. But he was born in December, he went to local school one year later as a big boy. As esf admission is based on birth year, he will be forced to jump to G7 in the year 2022-2023
