請問簽了 agreement 還可以收自行 offer嗎？

封 email 好嚇人，話簽了agreement 唔可以要其他 offer:

The agreement declares that you have accepted the admission offer and have declined any other S.1 admissions through the Secondary School Places Allocation System, which include both the discretionary place and the place in central allocation.
