IMS or Woodland

I just learned that IMS sent out the first batch of offers recently. However, my daughter is currently in the wait pool. What are the chances to get an offer in the end On the other hand, we are planning to apply for Woodland as the backup. Can someone share insights about the two schools? Thanks!
