如果小朋友係細女,會否遲一年才入心儀的IS呢

My daughter was born in Nov 02. She is supposed to attend K1 next year. However, according to the admission criteria of different IS, e.g. Chinese IS, GSIS, she could only attend reception in 2007 (if she is lucky enough to be accepted). If you were me, will you let her to attend other IS (which accept small kid, e.g. Canadian IS,)first and apply other IS later or let her continue her study in e.g. Canadian IS
BTW, it seems to me that not many parents in BK response to questions related to CDNIS, is it a good school?One of my friend told me that she knows one kid who is currently studying there but could not speak fluent English! If I dont consider about the discipline problem issue, i really could not accept my daughter studying in an IS but could not speak fluent English.
