i read from another post that current students from whampoa campus won't have priority applying for k of kln tong campus as there is no pg/n at kln tong campus, so should i apply for its 1st step/pre-k now(can i?) is it first come first served? or should i apply for pg/n at whampoa campus first? and might have priority changing to 1st step/pre-k of kln tong campus later?
