QBS lunch box

May i know how to prepare lunch box for a year 1 student Can the food keep long till lunch time? What food can suggest and how you prepare daily in order to keep in good condition? Are kids eager to eat their own lunch box? It's really a headache to me, grateful if parents could share more, thank you!
