HKIS vs ISF

We are local HK, daughter currently in HKIS reception year, worried about her Chinese exposure, luckily received offer from ISF foundation year. From my observation, daughter really enjoys schooling in HKIS, not sure if we can switch her to a new school.
Also heard there is high student turnover in secondary in ISF. Any advice
