　　学生签证申请材料如下：

  • 　　填写申请表ID995A（Completed Official Visa Application Form ID995A）
  • 　　填写签证担保申请表（Completed Visa Sponsorship Application Form）
  • 　　护照复印件（A photocopy of your passport）：护照有效期在课程完结后至少2个月仍然有效
  • 　　资金证明（Proof of Financial Standing）：包括父母开具的近期银行存款凭证或银行开具的中英文翻译件或奖学金证明
  • 　　父母担保信和其护照复印件（A supporting letter issued by parent(s) and a photocopy of his/her passport showing the same signature on the supporting letter）
  • 　　声明表（A declaration form）：仅面向已在香港的学生要求
  • 　　签证缴纳金（Visa Payment: A HK$900 credit card payment authorization form）
  • 　　个人或父母或朋友信用卡复印件（A photocopy of your own, your parent’s or friend’s credit card ）
  • 　　学生身份证明（Proof of your student status）：可以是近期成绩单或学校开具的证明信
  • 　　香港大学录取通知书确认复印件（A photocopy of your signed offer of acceptance letter from the University of Hong Kong）
