is there any change in catchment area policy of ESF ?

Your application goes to ESF central office, and they will assign your application to one (and only one) foundation school based on your residential address, not according to which kindergarten your child is attending.

Besides the one foundation school, you may also apply to one or both of their PIS (Renaissance and Discovery), and you apply to them seperately on their own websites, not on the central ESF website.
