Anfield Whampao's outrageous school bus fare

Just found out that the bus fare from Mei Foo to Whampao will cost $2800 a month! I know the bus companies out there are not making much profits but I am pretty sure it doesn't cost that much for other schools for sure! Does anyone have any suggestion or if anyone is interested in forming a group and hire a bus privately
