Local school F4 轉 IB, 困難嗎？

小女今天local school 升中四，認為 IB 課程適合自己, 想 17-18 school year 插班 grade 10. if not successful, may apply admission to grade 11 next year. Her english is excellent, other subjects are above average. but is it too late for her to change to study IB course. she is desperately dream for a chance to study IB. Her priority now is 1- Li Po Chun, 2- Renaissance College. Any chance or Any other alternative / suggestions ? 盼賜教
