Want to study ICS R1 at 2008

Any ICS parent can give me opinion:
1) the content of interview I do not plan to let my girl study Age 2 class, it is possible? It is difficult to pass the test. Is there any second interview if the first is fail?
2) I did not finalize whether to let my girl study the IB program at ESF or the Amerian program at ICS.
Please advice.
3) Can you get some comment on ICS.
