Kellet School Admission Requirements and Process

I have apply for my child since 3mths. She is about 80 On the waiting list. I do not know what that means. I was aiming for 2017 reception and I have not been asked for any submission of reports or anything yet. If they ask for reference letter, who normally will write the reference letter I really want my child to get into this school so any advise is appreciated. Is there any interview? My child is quite shy in a group but she is very observant and independent.
