YCIS uniform

Hi! My child is going to YC for the 2 year old program coming August. We have just gotten the uniform order form. Can any experienced parents from YC tell me how much to buy
They said either to wear the summer PE uniform or the apron, so do I need both? And how many of each is a good amount?
Further, is the school bag really necessary?
