Few questions about enrollment - Kingston

Hi there.

I have few questions about enrolling my daughter to the 2 - 3 yrs class at Kingston.
My daughter is 14 months now (she was born in February) and I want to send her for the 2 - 3 yrs class, when should I get an application form and send it out I checked their web site and found out they have 2 terms, August and February, is it possible for her to start in Feb instead of August 2005?
